TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AGREEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
-
By booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. The agreement is between you (the bride) and myself, and all communications and contracts are solely with you, regardless of who is paying.
2. COMMUNICATION
-
Email is the primary method of communication to ensure clarity and avoid lost messages. WhatsApp and Instagram may be used for sharing images, but important details must be discussed via email.
-
Response times may take a few days during busy periods. If urgent, please send a text.

Bank holidays and early morning bookings may incur an additional charge - please see current price list for more information.
-
If travel on the day is not feasible, overnight accommodation (Premier Inn or equivalent) must be provided and paid for in the final balance.
-
For larger bookings, an associate stylist may be required, depending on timing and availability.

Design Appointment payments are non-refundable and must be paid via Bank Transfer of the day of the Appointment.

Less than 1 month: Full balance due. -
Cancellations must be made in writing.
-
In the unlikely event I am unable to attend due to illness, bereavement, or similar circumstances, a replacement artist will be sought. If no replacement is found, full payments (excluding trial costs) will be refunded.

Additional people may be added subject to time and availability, with payment required upfront.
-
Reducing party numbers will still incur the original agreed costs.
-
Booking changes must be communicated via email.
-
No discounts are offered for partial services (e.g., eyes only or younger bridesmaids).
6. DELAYS ON THE DAY
-
It is the bride’s responsibility to ensure all members of the bridal party are ready at their allocated times, as provided in the pre-prepared schedule.
-
No compensation is provided for delays caused by other vendors, guests, or bridal party members.

Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic) do not warrant refunds for missed services.

In the case of a Met Office ‘Red’ warning, the booking may be cancelled, and a full refund (excluding trial costs) will be issued.
7. LOCATION & SET UP
-
Clear directions and contact availability on the wedding morning are required to avoid delays.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY
-
Service may be refused for health reasons (e.g., contagious conditions, open wounds, infections, cold sores, severe sunburn, etc.).

It is the bride’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities for themselves and the Bridal Party.
-
While every effort is made to avoid reactions, no liability is accepted for allergic responses.
-
Strict hygiene practices are followed, and tools are sanitized between clients.
-
Full Public Liability insurance is held, and certificates can be provided upon request.

-
I regularly take photos and videos during Design Appointments and on the Wedding Day for use as reference imagery, as well as for promotional purposes on social media and for my website/ portfolio. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to the images of your event being used for these purposes.
-
I may contact the Bride or the hired Photographer directly to request professional imagery from the Wedding Day, and agree to credit the photographer for any imagery used.
